Waterproof PoE extender is an economic and convenient solution to help IP devices get a fast network and reliable power supplying beyond 100 meters.

Installing this device can easily manage PoE transmission limitation even in outdoor harsh environments with its distinguished waterproof design and simple plug-and-play installation.

Waterproof PoE Extender is designed to repeat power and data without breaking IEEE 802.3 standard and affecting the data transmission performance. This is a rather low-cost solution for PoE IP device deployments that requires long-distance runs and safe power to work, such as PoE IP cameras, Wi-Fi access points, VoIP phones or other low voltage devices.

Besides, the PoE Extender supports IEEE802.3af/at standard and backward compliant with PoE/PoE+, 100Mbps data rate and standard power supply are available.

It is used between power source equipment (PSE) and a powered device (PD). With 2 units of PoE extenders, you are able to extend PoE for a total distance of up to 300m (984 ft.).

The extender features easy installation and no requirement of extra power supply because it is capable of supplying power and data for front-end IP devices over a single Ethernet cable (Cat5, Cat5e, Cat6), eliminating local AC outlets.

The IP67 waterproof design allows the PoE extender to work in outdoor harsh environments and serve a longer life.
