4-Port Long Range PoE+ Switch has PoE powered extender feature to break max PoE distance for IP cameras requiring a continuous Ethernet run of 1500ft.
The Long Range PoE+ Switch can help you deal with issue of Ethernet or PoE extension to meet long distance deployments with easy plug-and-play installation. The PoE extender switch gives enhanced system operation stability and maintenance convenience as only one long Cat5e/Cat6 Ethernet cable to be run.
A maximum of 500 meters Ethernet or PoE connection between the long range PoE switch and the edge PDs, such as PoE cameras.
It also can be an Ethernet extender switch for LAN extension by working with a PoE splitter.
500 meters continuous PoE connection requires only the Ethernet cable laying between the extender switch and the edge IP devices, offers improved stability and flexibility.
Four 10/100Mbps RJ45 PoE ports and two 10/100Mbps RJ45 Ethernet uplink ports, Only port #1 and #2 support long-distance PoE transmission.
Compatible with IEEE802.3af/at standard, PoE/PoE+, supplies 30W Max. output power; automatic PoE detection on connected PDs.
The connected PDs can receive 100Mbps data rate within 500 meters, meets 4K IP camera’s stable video streams.
A power source is built in the long range Poe switch, no additional AC outlet is required near the connected PDs, plug-and-play, wall mountable extender switch.
Displays the current status of the device intuitively, and give convenience to quick diagnose.

Before buying it, I had already read the technical sheet so I did not expect any surprises, the equipment has worked correctly, I use it for CCTV cameras, I have not had the opportunity to test the long distance But I estimate that my cameras are about 1200feet away from the switch. it works without the slightest problem.
