Turnaround:

Fastcabling ships most orders within 24hours if the item is "In Stock". You may check stock by looking directly above the “Add to Cart” button. If the item says "In Stock", we have inventory available in Dallas, TX ready for immediate shipping. Back ordered items, items that do not say "In Stock", special order items, and custom cables may take longer. Normally the orders that have been shipped out cannot be cancelled. Orders placed before 16:00 will be shipped out at the same working day. Other orders will be processed on the next working day.

Order Tracking:

We will provide you with a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can track your order by clicking the tracking number in the email or simply entering the tracking number into service provider’s website.

Shipping Rates:

We do not charge any handling fees. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the size/weight of your products, your location and the shipping method you select. Dimensional weight is used for certain items on the website. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. You can also estimate shipping from the shopping cart by entering your zip code and clicking the "Update" button.

Large orders that require Freight Truck shipping may require additional fees for residential address, call before delivery, or lift gate delivery.

Any items with “Free Shipping” listed on the product page are eligible for the free shipping service. Orders over US$189 can enjoy our free shipping service and will be dispatched by different shipping carriers according to the weight of your order and location.

Pre-Order items can ONLY enjoy the free shipping service when the order is over US$ 299.

Oversized or heavy items (without “Free Shipping” listed on the product page) are not included in this offer for free shipping.

Back Orders:

Although we do our best to keep items in stock, we occasionally may not have an item ready for immediate shipment. If any part of your order is back ordered, a partial shipment will be generated with no additional cost. The in-stock items will be shipped the same day as you place the order. For any orders needing immediate shipment, it is recommended you contact us to verify stock.
